Resepi Ayam Berlado - Not

Two Words. 1 menu. Eternal Happines.

Well, after sometime away from my blogspot, I decided to start the blog post for the year 2020 with a recipe from my best friend and dear friend, Erna.

You see, I first knew of Erna through my best friend from my first workplace, AMD whom we called Nabila or Bill. I may write a post about Bill later (if I still have the time like this during PKP) So Erna is one of Bill's many best friend and of course her name came out many times during our conversation. We were then added by Bill to be in the same whatsapp group which solely discussing about Duck Scarves (at that time). So I got to know her a little by then. But not that we talked everyday so she was still an acquaintance at that time.

Fast forward to few years later, I got transferred to Kerteh Office and little did I know, Erna is residing in Dungun, very near to the campus that I decided to pursue my master studies. Long story short, we finally met when Bill decided to came to Kerteh and Dungun to visit Erna and I.

Since that meeting chance, we somehow connected through some things that only Erna and I understand (at that time). Even Bill became curious as to why we talked everyday after that.

(Well I just whatsapp Erna to ask her permission to share her recipe here and Bill, as usual being an annoying person laughed at me because she said 'Kau ingt kau Rizalman71? kau ain87 jeee.')

I might not be able to share the recipe here if Erna decided to keep this family tradition recipe between us. Okay lets picked up where we left off.

So whenever I have class in Dungun, we will always meet for coffee or just 'lepak' at her kedai and house because I will have a 2-hour breaktime every Friday when the guys went to Friday prayers. And I tried her Ayam Berlado for the first when she made it for lunch during one of the Fridays and I am hooked. I am sucker for ayam and cili.

Since that, I always requested for the same menu everytime I am at her house for lunch. And boy did she deliver. Hahaha thanks Erna. I love you so much!

Anyway, few days ago I am feeling like having a plate of rice with Ayam Berlado Erna's version.
Anddddd guest what, I made it today with her guide and voila! The best Ayam Berlado everrrr!

I decided not to share the recipe here, just gonna keep it in my phone :)

2019 - I am blessed. Alhamdulilah.

Hey everyone!
I am backkkkkk!

No no no I don't think so I am back, back but I just felt like writing something here.
Someone read (screened) my blog few days ago, so we talked and laughed about it and then I felt like I had to go and read all the posts since 2008 and somehow am thankful that I did forced myself to write about all the things that happened during my UTP times, though its only towards the final year but its something I can go back and reminisce and laugh at and reflect (yea right).

Well, I don’t plan to spend a lot of time updating an entry but I just had to write it down here that I am happyyyyy that I met you and I am lucky that I got to know you and to be loved by you and to love you and okay, I should stop now. Till next post, if ada. Byeeeeee.

Unexpected

You are presented with something that you know is unexpected, when,
You are currently deciding whether to go ahead with what is already planned
You are taking a detour and trying to get a new perspective or rather, a new chance
You are unwillingly investing some emotional baggage that is hard to come by
You are all this and wrecked, and this is all only took you few days to
You are all but missing him.

Harapan Setinggi Gunung

So yeah, when I last updated my blog about the first dive trip that I had back in December 2015, I though yeah I should write  more and fill up this space with my dive photos, but..

DAMN IT I KNEW I COULD NEVER DO IT.

Hahahaha it takes a lot of time and energy to write one post, and I wonder how people can update their blog every dayyyy. You see, to finish all the sentences before this one, it took me about 10 minutes.

HOW MANY HOURS DID PEOPLE SPEND TO COME OUT WITH ONE POST?

Lets stop here now. And we shall see when is my next post.

#divedivebaby Pulau Weh

Its been years since I planned to enroll for a dive course with Raudah, sometimes with Dee, and god know how may times me and Alia became excited for the fact that we are going to get certified later.

Well, it took us 4 years-later to get our license!
Hurrayyyy!

I guess this space is gonna be updated with my dive photos. I always wanted to make a full itinerary each time I visited or traveled to any place possible, but hey, procrastination will leads to nothing. Haven't I learned anything from the past results of procrastination? Meh.
So nada.

Guess this is my 2016 resolution, to write more! Maybe. We will see. Teehehehe.

Destination: Pulau Weh, Acheh

Kuala Lumpur to Acheh:
Air Asia flight to Banda Acheh.
Costs: 125RM per person

From Airport to Jetty:
400 000 Rp per van

Ferry Ticket (Fast Ferry)
75 000 Rp per person,

Jetty to Pulau Rubiah:
50 000 Rp per person.

So that's roughly the transportation costs one way to reach Pulau Weh.

Start

Its a lyrics, which turned into a real invitation.
Its an emotion, that made her accept.
Where, she didn't even notice him before.
Never crossed her mind.

But his smell, turn it all upside down.
And him.

Planning

I attended Financial Class with former banking executive, sponsored by my company to cater youngsters who earn few Ks on salary a month to manage their money better. The 1-day class was quite fulfilling as he started with common mistakes that we youngsters made when we started working.

Of course the big mistake was the double C, credit card. I don't want to talk about the credit card because I am guilty for making this mistake. It started with 'Okay i want to have this credit card so that its easy for me to pay for Petrol'. Sounds familiar? That might be you too.

So I paid the price, literally and last year, I cancelled all my card except for 1, the company credit card that gives me quite a lot of discounts for Petrol. (and now I am back with 2, see the trend here?)
Guilty as charged.

So long story short, i followed the teacher's lead and advice, and started to plan on few projects.
One is a small projects that involved me and my partner (not life partner, hahahah).
Two, my personal project. How to manage my assets/money better.
Three, try and error.

We'll see how far this would go. I know that these projects are not an easy-money-10k-income-perday-drive-mercedes kind of projects, but i am planning to go with the flow, and dive deep in between.

Wish me luck guys.
Insya Allah. With Allah's will.

Away

I was walking down that long road full of shops and people and conversations.
Some were haggling, some were just staring, and then, me;
Thinking, wishing, hoping that you were here
Together through the hustle and bustle that this city offers.
But then reality hits.
We were miles away;
Body, mind, and soul.
And love.
