I am beyond frustrated

there's a saying, which mention, 'things you didn't know, wont kill you.'

Well, i know too much already, and its pretty much eating me inside out.

I find the trouble, i searched for it, i even Googled it, all i can blame is, myself.

I promised a lot of things to myself, since forever, but i only kept 15% out of 100, or maybe less.

I'm nowhere near tough, not even strong.
